AirJourney Desk ("we") is an independent travel booking service, acting as an agent on your behalf when arranging flights with airlines. We are not an airline, we do not operate flights, and we are not affiliated with any airline.

• · All fares are subject to availability and may change until your ticket is issued.
• · Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include the fare quoted by the airline. Any service fee, if applicable, is disclosed to you on the call before you confirm.
• · Airline fare rules (including change fees, baggage allowances, and restrictions) apply to your ticket and will be summarized before purchase.

Payment is collected on the call at the time of booking through our secure payment processor. Your e-ticket confirmation is sent to the email address you provide, usually within minutes of ticketing.

Changes and cancellations are handled by calling (844) 833-1026. Airline change and cancellation rules apply, and additional airline fees or fare differences may be due. See our Refund / Cancellation Policy for details.

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, valid travel documents (passports, visas), and for meeting check-in deadlines. Name corrections after ticketing may incur airline fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirJourney Desk is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or other events outside our control. Airlines' conditions of carriage govern your flight.
